A beautiful day ahead teaching level 2 Usui Reiki with two students. 💖

There are so many elements of the day that I truly love, however I think my favourite part of the day is providing Reiju, the spiritual blessing, with the student. Then hearing how they have re-connected to a deeper part of their true self revealing profound revelations and insights. 💚✨️🪽

"Sunflowers are a reminder to be strong, stand tall, and always find the light."

The beautiful sunflower - a symbol of strength and resilience. It turns, again and again, towards the sun, reminding us that we too should step into our own light.

Standing tall and strong this amazing flower doesn’t hide or shrink. It stands as a vibrant symbol of happiness, and optimism. It’s of little surprise that they are associated with adoration, vitality, and good fortune.

Their golden face reflects joy, vitality, and life force and so they are associated with the solar plexus, the centre of personal power, identity, and self-worth.

And perhaps most beautifully, the sunflower teaches us that even when the sun is not visible, it still holds the memory of where the light is and waits for its return.
