✨What a beautiful way to spend International Women’s Day 💜

Yesterday I had the absolute joy of facilitating an Access Bars® class with some incredible women who are now fully accredited Access Bars practitioners. It was such a special day filled with learning, connection, relaxation and so much beautiful energy. ✨

🙏A heartfelt thank you to Sue at the Collective Soul Centre for allowing us to use this gorgeous space. The nurturing atmosphere of the centre really added to the warmth and heartfelt energy of the whole day. 🌷

I’m so grateful to have shared this experience with such amazing women and to welcome new practitioners out into the world. ✨

On the 8th March, I’ll be facilitating an Access Bars® Class — a full day of learning a powerful, gentle body process that can change the way you experience stress, overwhelm and limitation.

Access Bars® involves lightly touching 32 points on the head that relate to different areas of life — thoughts, emotions, money, control, creativity, joy and more. When activated, these points begin to clear what no longer serves you.

✨ Deep relaxation
✨ Mental clarity
✨ More ease in your body
✨ A tool you can use for life

This is a beautiful class if you:
• Overthink or struggle to switch off
• Feel mentally or emotionally overloaded
• Work in healing or would love to add something powerful to your toolkit

You will both GIVE and RECEIVE two full Bars sessions on the day.

Hello Beautiful Souls, such a glorious day! What an amazing few weeks I've had, being a busy bee, giving sessions and receiving sessions - what else is possible! 🙏🌷
