Anam Cara is Gaelic for “Soul Friend”
A person who is a Healer, Mentor, Friend and Spiritual Guide.

I’m Colette, an Access Bars Facilitator/Practitioner, a Reiki Master and intuitive healer. My spiritual awareness began at a young age, but life’s journey — raising three beautiful children and immigrating from Ireland to Australia — meant my path unfolded slowly and gently over time. In 2018, I joined a beautiful Soul Circle group, where my deeper spiritual journey truly began. Through this group, I was introduced to a wide range of healing modalities and began studying independently to follow my heart’s calling.
