Since discovering Access Bars®, I’ve felt such a beautiful shift within myself – more lightness, clarity, and a sense of ease that I didn’t even realise I was craving. The simple act of gently holding those 32 points on the head has helped me release old thoughts and patterns that were weighing me down, leaving me with more space for peace, joy, and flow in my life. 💜

Reset & Renew This Winter ❄️

Winter is a gentle reminder to slow down, rest, and return to ourselves. It’s a beautiful time to nourish your energy and embrace deep healing.

🌿 I have a couple of in-person Reiki appointments available during August, offered on Fridays or Saturdays—a loving space to pause, reconnect, and restore.

✨ I’m also now offering Distance Reiki healing at a heart-aligned exchange, to make this supportive practice more accessible for those with less time or who feel more comfortable receiving healing from home.

These one hour sessions are available via Zoom, FaceTime, or Messenger video—whichever feels right for you and can be done after 5pm on a Thursday or a Friday evening if more convenient.

Happy National Puppy Day!

This Day is a beautiful reminder of the unconditional love and joy that dogs bring into our lives. Their presence is not just comforting but deeply healing—both emotionally and energetically. In Reiki healing, dogs often act as natural conduits of positive energy, helping to ground and soothe both the healer and the recipient.

Their ability to sense emotions and provide unconditional support makes them incredible companions during healing sessions. Whether it's their gentle presence, rhythmic breathing, or warm touch, dogs intuitively offer the kind of energy that fosters relaxation, balance, and emotional release. Some Reiki practitioners even find that their dogs naturally gravitate toward areas in need of healing, reinforcing the session's power.

Today is a perfect day to celebrate these loving beings and acknowledge the role they play—not just in our hearts and homes but also in the world of healing.

I've been blessed to know so many beautiful animals, most recently Tessa, Toby, and of course, my current little helper, Jasper. He joins in on all my healing sessions, welcoming clients with lots of love and kisses before settling in to radiate pure relaxation. His calming presence creates the perfect energy for deep healing, making every session even more special. 🐾✨😍🐶🙏🌟
