MOVE in a gentle yoga practice to calm and settle your nervous system.
UNDERSTAND and EXPLORE how we use our breath as a modality to access non ordinary states of consciousness, to intentionally enter our sympathetic system and allow the holdings of our subconscious mind and our physical body to be unveiled.
This is a space for compassionate enquiry, growth, release and reflection.
HOW THE WORKSHOP RUN?
Philosophy of Activated Breathing (40 minutes): Learn how we use deactivated and activated breathing techniques to change our physiology, to help release what our body has stored, and to unveil the holdings of our subconscious. Understand how layers of resistance can hold us back from experiencing the fullness of life.
Yoga Flow (45 minutes): Immerse yourself in 45 minutes of gentle Yoga flow, designed to harmonise your body, mind, and spirit.
Deactivated Breathing (15 minutes): Experience deep relaxation and inner calm during 15 minutes of deactivated breathing, allowing your entire being to unwind and restore balance.
Activated Breathing (40 minutes): Engage in 40 minutes of invigorating activator breathing exercises, revitalising your energy and promoting a sense of vitality.
Silent Integration (25 minutes): Conclude your journey with a period of silent integration, where you can reflect, absorb, and integrate the benefits of your practice into your being.

WHAT TO WEAR: Please wear layered, comfortable clothing that you can move freely in
WHAT TO BRING: to make your experience more comfortable, bring with you a mat, blanket, cushion, eye mask, bottle of water and anything else that you feel may aid your experience.
