Inter Health Services is delivered to have our Principal Therapist Patience Odia Diessa to be invited to speak at the World Refugee Day—a moment to honour the strength, stories, and resilience of refugees across the world.

This Refugee Week, She had the privilege of being the keynote speaker at Zion Disability’s Fundraising. The theme, “Finding Freedom: Diversity in Community,” resonated deeply as we came together to amplify the voices of refugee migrants with disability.

It was a powerful evening—where stories of courage met calls for collective action on mental health freedom. From clinical advocacy to community healing, the message was clear: everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and supported.

Grateful for the opportunity to represent Inter Health Services alongside so many compassionate and committed changemakers.
