The Pause • A community menopause education evening designed to give you practical, evidence-based tools to feel more confident in your body and your health.
Join us at on Thursday 28th May at 7:30pm to learn how menopause impacts your pelvic health, strength, bone health, nutrition, and overall wellbeing, but most importantly, what you can do to support yourself through it.
On the night we’ll cover:
• Pelvic Health Physiotherapy: Bladder, bowel, prolapse and hormone health
• Strength training for bone health, muscle mass and long-term wellbeing
• Joined by exploring nutritional strategies to support hormones, energy and mood
• Q&A with our panel of experienced health professionals
This is an evening to learn, ask questions and connect with other women going through the same stage of life.
