Coastal Hand Therapy is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Office Secretary to join our team at our Aldinga Beach location. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills, front desk experience, IT proficiency, and a basic understanding of medical and allied health conditions.
Position: Office Secretary
Employment Type: Casual
Work Schedule: 1-2 days per week
Key Qualifications and Preferred Qualities:
High Communication Skills: As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, strong communication skills are crucial. If you excel in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere, we want to hear from you.
Front Desk Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is highly preferred. Knowledge of handling inquiries, appointments, and providing outstanding customer service will set you apart.
IT Knowledge: Proficiency in basic office software and technology is essential. The ability to handle emails, schedule appointments, and navigate digital platforms will be a valuable asset to the role.
Medical and Allied Health Knowledge: While not mandatory, some understanding of medical and allied health conditions will be highly advantageous. This knowledge will contribute to efficient communication with our team and clients.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Manage appointments and schedules.
Utilize IT skills for effective office management.
Handle inquiries via phone and email.
Maintain organized and efficient office operations.
