“Why am I so tired all the time?” 😴

I’m gonna be honest with you…

There could be SO many reasons:
- Sleep
- Diet
- Stress
- Hormones
- Inflammation
- Gut health
- The list could go on…

And it’s probably a combo (because usually these things are connected).

But what I can tell you for sure when it comes to fatigue:

-> you’ll never get your energy back without addressing the underlying root cause of what’s going on in your body

If you:
- Wake up every morning feeling tired, sore and stiff 🥱
- Need a nap by lunch time, but still struggle to sleep at night because your body aches 💥
- Constantly have to rely on coffee for energy to get through the day ☕️

Then it sounds like you’re stuck in a cycle of inflammation.

That needs to be reset so you can get your energy back.

You’ve probably tried alllllll of the things. Diets, supplements, depriving yourself then giving up, exercise, meditation, yoga, no sugar, no gluten, no dairy - the list could go on and on.

How exhausting…

Things go well for a while, but then you seem to fall down again. Nothing seems to work in the end.

Having a vision for how you want your future to look can be powerful. Maybe you’ve been thinking about this new you for a while, but making it happen has been a struggle.

Science says that you’ve probably given up by now - “Ditch New Year’s Resolution Day” was on 17 Jan.

But I know that doesn’t have to be you. It’s not time to give up yet!

Don’t worry - we’ve got dis 💪 Here are 3 simple steps to making your NY’s resolution stick:

1️⃣ Get in touch with your “why”
Connecting with why you actually want the change will help you keep your eye on the prize. Get to the core of what you want and why you want it.

2️⃣ Take the first step
What is the absolute first thing you need to do to get the ball rolling? Ok - just do that one thing! Whether it’s to make a plan, schedule time or buy a yoga mat, skip the overwhelm by just taking step #1.

3️⃣ Work out what’s stopping you
What has been getting in your way? Maybe it’s time, money or energy. Armed with your strong why, find a way around the hurdle.
