Have had quite a few clients reading this piece of gold. Always makes for deep , and . A book like this doesn’t come along very often. Highly recommend it. I read a lot, my library is ridiculous, but I love books they’re my thing 🤷‍♀️. I love when clients talk about books they love or have caused life changes for them. Everyone is different and different books reach people in different ways.

I loooveee the whiteboard, so handy to have in the room. I have clients who like to take a photo at the end of session to reflect back on during the week. Taking a photo and adding it to client notes can save a lot of time too.

We know the work do between session, greatly impacts how they move through issues. When we feel stuck with a client, collaboration with peers often helps. Going over what you’ve tried, what’s worked, what hasn’t, new ideas, all of it helps loosen the stuckness. Supervision should make you feel less alone, present to all you’ve tried and ready to try some new approaches. My hope is that you leave supervision refreshed and hopeful.

Hopelessness can be a long road.
Take the time to hear and validate the clients story.
Help Process the grief.
Help the client contact the ’self’.
With time and a stronger self, return of hope glimmers when we hear imaginings of possibilities.

Honestly, plants in the therapeutic space ❤️.
