An Exciting Update ✨

I’ve opened up more availability!

I’ve consulted 1 day a week for a while now with the hope to be able to offer more flexibility one day.

Well that day has come.

The new times bring more opportunity, more flexibility and more healing.

New Opening Hours are as below:
🌸 Monday 9-5
🌸 Wednesday 2-7
🌸 Friday 12-3
🌸 Alternating Saturdays 9-12.30

New Hours will begin from the 9th of March 2026.

**please note Wednesday’s are now afternoons. And times may vary if necessary.

Like many others I will be taking a break of the Christmas period.

During this time emails won't be checked as often, so replies will take longer, along with any messages.

If you require any prescriptions during this time to get you into the new year, please contact me prior to the 20th December to ensure you supplements will get you through.

My dairy will still be open during this time, so you can book your appointments for the new year. In saying this I have opened Monday mornings for consultations which are only available in 2026.

I'm so thankful for the support I have received this year, the results I have seen, and the beautiful people I have been able to guide and support over the last 12mths. I cannot wait to help more of you EVOLVE into your best selves in the new year.

If there’s one thing I wish all women are taught from a young age is that period pain is not normal!

If your experiencing pain more than then the first 2 days of your cycle, can’t sleep because of discomfort, unable to work or study and the pain isn’t relieved with the use of pain medications (i.e. ibuprofen) then your pain requires investigation.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
What is normal?
Mild pain that occurs on the first day or 2 of your cycle and can be relieved with pain medication is considered normal, it shouldn’t affect your every day activities.

The gut and skin are connected via the gut-skin axis. Which means the microbiomes of both the gut and skin have ways of showing you when something’s off.

Often in eczema low levels of lactobacillus and bifidobacterium bacteria are seen within the gut, which may increase bacterial overgrowths within the gut - causing inflammation which is then reflected by the skin. This inflammation can increase itchiness and redness of eczema causing more discomfort.

The gut also plays a huge role in the allergy response which is a common trigger for eczema too (food intolerances, environmental allergens, toxins etc..). If leaky gut is present or the microbiome is imbalanced histamine can’t be broken down and increases causing an overactive immune response - which contributes to itching.

By treating the gut we can better support your eczema healing.
