Something new exciting and very speacil is coming in 2024.

I've taken 2023 to slow down and delve deep into my why and who I wish to support going forward.

Of course everything I share is brought forward from powerful realizations about my own self and how I am alchemizing my experience into tangible wisdom I cannot possibly keep to myself.

In 2024 Bea Yourself will be back to offer nurrishing treatment plans.
My approach will be encompassing a whole holistic approach that will invigorate and up grade your Body mind and soul.

One of the most embodied lessons that has taken time to fully see is that we are not broken at all in fact that feeling all tho feels real is another illusion and my aim in business is to work on all levels energetic, physical, mental and spiritual to bring All of you back to your divine truth .

I am open to work with anyone wanting to pursue their own truth my deepest calling is to speak to and hold space for women who are ready to transmute their story from pain to purpose those who wish to learn how to communicate and speak their truth into the world.
Those who have endured hardship of trauma that has plagued our planet for too long. by meeting these multi faceted parts of oneself and by harmonizing your masculine and feminine energies to unite back into balance.
Empowering women to remember their self worth their passion and embodied innate sensuality.

My passion is to bridged the divide, by airing out centuries of dirty laundry so we can heal and further more empower our young women so they have the courage and the voice to speak up so the cycle ends with us.

That's the power of this journey.

I speak and walk with strength, courage and the lived experiences to share this transformational wisdom with you.

Deep in my process through the sexual suppression the confusion and consequence of sexual abuse.

I lost myself and I sought love in all the wrong places.
I had completely abandoned my body, my pain and my pleasure.

Until I awoke to my own vitality my own touch was sort of reclaiming of my body, my power, and ultimately my pleasure .

So I bring to you sense your vitality a sacred space too slow to bring awareness to your senses, to allow you to feel deeply your own passion your power to your sacred sexuality.

This year is going to look a little different.

I have taken time of from business as I am regrouping my foundation within myself and the business.

This year I will be holding space in groups and only 1:1 on request and at my discretion.

My next Playshop is on the 18th where we will guide you via meditation and breath deep with your being to meet your self in new ways and open yourself to your own infinite ability.

Then we have a beautiful opportunity to learn how to connect on an intimate level, I'd this a partner or just a friend.

Allison Thomas will share some ta***ic knowledge having us connect powerfully with another being.

Always stay true to u. At the end of the day if we dont manage our energy and where it goes. It will manage us giving energy to low frequency and not excepting things for what they truly are, and the worst part of this story is we dont even relise it until it shakes us to the core. wake up and see or get stuck in our own s**t ball of energy. focused on things, people and places.
