Big day today, many big releases.

Next session 25th Feb.

Healing scares people because pain gives us a story. Healing gives us responsibility.

Once you can see what’s been stored in the body, you can’t unknow it.

And that’s where the real work begins —
quiet choices, made when no one is watching.

While I look calm and composed here,
