2025 was wild… 2+0+2+5= 9= a year of ending cycles, mastering learnings & completing the 9 year cycle. For me it was a year of learning to master letting go & remembering who I am, what I stand for & my worth.

Can’t say I was totally impressed with how I manifested last year, though all for a good cause.

I had lost myself for sometime, getting caught up in the expectations of life, living by time but not truly living to be present. Just existing & trying to meet other people’s expectations of what they thought I should be to them.

I learnt who truly has my back, what I was willing to sacrifice for the sake of others & remembered my purpose. I turned 40 & I thought I was having a mid life crisis only to realise that it was the end to a 40 year chapter of learning, being, evolving. The best is yet to come!

2026… 2+0+2+6 = 10/ 1= a year of new beginnings, a new cycle, an opportunity to write the next chapter of life. Building healthy nourishing relationships, focusing on my family & returning to my passions will be the intention of this year.

This year I am all about the “f*%k yeah!” Moments. If it lights my soul, if it fills my heart with gratitude, if it excites my cells… I’m all in!

I will be living with a passionate heart, doing what makes me happy, lifting others so they too can live their best life shining their brightest selves, being the best version of me there has been.

What I will NOT tolerate is living by other people’s terms, timelines & expectations. Living to please those who will never appreciate or value my worth. I will NOT tolerate being a door mat!

If I choose to have you be apart of my world it is because I see you fully, I value you fully & you are worthy.
I have 0% time for drama, negativity, to listen to the victim stories. Own your life, own your part in this crazy world, be the best version of you, be kind, be compassionate.

Most importantly, remember each of us has a place, a story, a battle no one knows about. We are all doing our best, on the journey of life & self discovery. Be kind.

Here is a gentle reminder to take a step back & recognize familiar patterns, to notice what is habitual & what needs to change in order to sever the chain keeping you stuck in the loop of mundane life.

Want things to change? Yet you don’t do anything to make the changes.. you will be back revisiting the same people, same conditions & results will be the same… see what patterns have formed, what needs to change in order to shift into the vibration of positive change. Think, do & be the difference…

Look for the signs, even when life throws a curve ball & can stun you, the vibrations, the people, the passions, the glimmer of light that sparks your soul, however that may look, it is in these moments that change & transformation begin to take place. Surrender…

Trust the process… that all will happen in divine timing & is for your highest good. ❤️❤️❤️

Autumn is the one month of the year that mother nature shows us how effortless & necessary it is to let go of old, stagnant layers of the past, in order to allow for new growth to occur. We cannot continue to grow if we remain focused on the past…
This is your reminder to trust that it is necessary for your evolution to let go of what is no longer serving you, to lean in to your dreams of what could be & create space for those dreams to evolve 🍁🍂🍃
