Hi, I’m Putu 👋
Over the past year, I’ve been on a journey of studying remedial massage therapy and exploring how bodywork can support not just the body, but also the mind and nervous system.
From that journey, Usadha was born.
Usadha is more than a massage service, it’s a space designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and feel safe in your own body. My approach blends the clinical foundations of remedial massage with a calm, nurturing experience that helps regulate stress and create lasting change.
I’m currently working with clients here in Adelaide and excited to share more about this path as it unfolds.
