✨️ Have you ever thought about the crucial selection of those in your birth space? & This includes both homebirth or hospital births! ✨️

If you do not feel supported or connected with the people allocated to your birth space ( in a hospital setting ), you can absolutely make a shift and swap them out. It's your birth space, and they can make or break the mood and energy in the space.

Birth is one of the most vulnerable, transformative, and powerful experiences of your life. A moment in time you'll never forget. Make it count, and this starts with the people who are with you. The energy, support, and mindset of those around you can shape how safe, calm, and empowered you feel in those moments before and after bubs' arrival.

Having the right people in your space means being surrounded by those who:

🤍 Hold space for your emotions
🤍 Encourage, not pressure
🤍 Bring calm, supportive energy
🤍 Believe in your strengths and beliefs
🤍 Use positive wording
🤍 Help and assist where needed

Whether it’s your partner, a doula, a family member, or a trusted friend – your birth team should lift you up and protect your peace and wishes. You deserve to feel safe, heard, and supported the entire time, even following onto the PP period.

Does your house look like this after bubs? Don't worry!

It will again be there tomorrow and maybe the next day 🫣 unless you have visitors 🤭🫠 I don't know about you but when I visit a new mum and their family and their kitchen looks like this it's a no brainer, I'm cleaning it. The impact and mental release it will have on that mumma is huge!

Visitors come to meet baby that's a given, but do they come to meet the new mum who has just had her life shifted and a layer of themselves pealed away? It's not only a baby that has been born a new mother has also been born. ✨️

These small acts of kindness go a long way!

The tens machine is in full swing, easing the surges for this beautiful mumma! Also, in the background, you can see Rachel has displayed some birth " cheat sheets." I gift these with all tens machine hires & it's so awesome to see them displayed this way! The grand oasis pool also features in the snaps. However, baby didn't wait long enough for Rach to use it! Babies have their own agenda! Welcome earthside, baby Harvey!

Birth pool clean up! 🩵💧

Once we get the birth pools back from hire, they undergo the check over, the full works, and a full sanitise clean.

We use hospital grade disinfectant wipes & our very own chemical free cleaning solution 😉

Each pool is checked for holes, defaults, or missing items.

We need to ensure each pool that goes out to our expecting families has the full set-up, and it's ready to be set up in each individual birth space with each item included. ✨️🩶

Both pools are back and ready to go back out!

Availability open for March /April onwards. PM to book! 📅
