Last week during our Easter celebrations our team got creative to keep our guests entertained with some Easter themed games 🐰 We love seeing our community come together for an experience that helped with social engagement and making friends.

We love being able to spread some joy over the Easter break for those that appreciate the extra company 💚

Yesterday we celebrated the Ease Assist teams and participants ahead of the Easter Weekend! 🐰 It’s been an amazing year so far and we feel lucky to bring everyone together at our Empowerment Hub for an afternoon of activities and fun.

This week we attend the Disability Events Community Expo in Belmore 💚 This was such a great event connecting with the local Sydney providers. It was good to see some well-known faces and friends in the industry.

These networking events are at the heart of what we do, making sure our knowledge and connections in the industry stay up to date, and working together towards better care for participants across the board 🌿

Ease Assist attended the Able Plus networking event at Randwick Golf Club in Sydney this week. We met some amazing, caring providers delivering support across the region 💚

Connecting with local NDIS providers and allied health services is so important for us. Building stronger support networks within the community is crucial to how we operate as a team.

It’s all about connection, collaboration, and developing lasting relationships with the people dedicated to supporting those living with disability 🌿

Meet our Directors: Rhett and Bops 💚 With experience in Horticulture and Agricultural Farming before completing their Diploma of Community Services, they have lived experience supporting their families living with disabilities.

Having worked in disability employment services for many years before launching Ease Assist, their innovative person-centered approach to support services has seen them take big steps in the NDIS world. Their passion ripples through the Ease Assist team and the participants that we support 🌿

Physical Disability Awareness Day, February 1st is a reminder that access, inclusion and respect are vital practises 💚 At Ease Assist we support and facilitate systems that co-create independence and dignity in day to day life. Today we honour the people living with physical disability and their right to move through the world with ease and respect.

Awareness and action is so important to us, and we continue to operate with this principle at the forefront of what we do.

A big part of what we do is staying connected with the NDIS Service Provider industry, and we were lucky enough to attend the Tania Gomez end of year party 💚

Tania has become a prominent voice in NDIS compliance, supporting businesses to ensure they operate within changing regulations and at every stage of their services.

The East Assist Team is expanding! Ling is our new Program and Activities Facilitator, ensuring that our NDIS participants can be a part of nurturing 1:1 sessions that increase their confidence in skills across our 6 new programs 🌿

Ling helps people achieve their goals and see’s the possibilities for the futures. Her ability to bring people together for mutual enjoyment and create beautiful experiences for our clients is invaluable. She has experience in budget and purchasing management, teaching/coaching, actively listening and demonstrating. Her plan management experience and admin support for Ease Assist will continue to help our participants receive the level of care they deserve 💚
