This past week was tough - I was stuck in bed feeling unwell and missed the last week of "Beginners training". But I pushed through and made it to today's assessment for the first fortnight, where I successfully completed the 2.5hr massage 💪🏼. Now, I get to unwind with some free time and a swim back at my place.

This is my last week of treatments before I head off on my overseas training adventure... Secure your final appointment now, I'll be back 1st November with fresh expertise to share. My last day is Wednesday, 25th June. This is a massive $50 saving to celebrate and share the excitement.

**URGENT WARNING TO ALL FELLOW MASSAGE THERAPISTS** I had a terrifying experience this morning! I almost lost my studio to a fire 🔥 due to drying oil-soaked linen. I normally take my wet linen to the laundromat to dry, but today I didn't have time to fold it when I got home, so I left it in baskets on my massage table. THANK GOODNESS I came home after 2 hours to find my studio full of smoke and my linen moments away from combusting! I know how dangerous it is to dry oil-soaked linen, but this experience was a wake-up call. PLEASE learn from my mistake: never leave linen in the dryer for too long, stay nearby to watch, and don't leave it bundled up. I'm grateful to have only lost $500 worth of linen instead of my $150k+ studio 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼. Thank you for watching over me!

As I start my final full week here, my focus is on my health to carry me through my last week and a half of client appointments. Today is all about self-care, I started my morning with Breakfast down Semaphore, now a 40-minute Salt Therapy session at Adelaide Wellness Clinic in Torrensville, for immune support and respiratory health. A few clients this afternoon, my daily gym session, sauna and ending with a wonderful regular massage swap with a fellow practitioner friend. Look forward to seeing you before I go away 🫶🌺🙏🏼🙌🏽
