I took a big leap, I did something outside of my comfort zone and I would do it all over again...
6 or so months ago I made the huge decision to step away from Kangatraining. Something that had been part of my life for such a long, long time. Those that have been around for a while know just how much it meant to not only me but to Zara & Zoe as well! But it was time and I was ready... so I closed the door and hung up my carriers with another adventure ahead to challenge me and delve into.
4 months ago, I ran my very first solo class at Platinum Body Personal Training. My once loud confident trainer voice seemed so tiny, timid and unsure. Even though I'd done the training, I knew the game plan and was more than ready... it was something new and scary, and I was nervous as hell! But do you know what? I survived π The ladies that walked through that door on that day made me feel so welcomed and invited me in with open arms!
I honestly feel like I won the workout lotto with this girlgang πͺ whether it be up the front as the trainer or as a sweaty red face in the crowd! I often wonder why I didn't get to a class sooner π
π€¦ββοΈ (I know why... I was a scaredy pants and doing new things can be hard and overwhelming)
I'll always be learning and still have so much to learn... but I did it! I'm on my way and closer to my goals than I was 12 months ago π€©
I'm feeling settled, happy, more confident and loving this part of my life π₯°
I'm even looking to open up some small group sessions soon if anyone would be interested? π let me know!
