Darren enjoyed some mountain water and had a ball riding the snowmobiles. Afterwards watched the fireworks before heading back to Bright.

Monday arrived at Bright, Vic, set up and had a successful dialysis session.
Tuesday had a lazy day, visited the town and started setting up for dialysis. RO machine malfunctioned and flooded the caravan slightly before water supply was turned off. After a long conversation with the Fresenius Tech it was determined it needed on sight attention and closest technician was located in Melbourne.
Set of early Wednesday morning for the 4 hour drive to Melbourne with RO machine. Was a faluty float valve which took a little over an hour to repair. And back to Bright we drove, set up for dialysis and completed a successful dialysis session.
Was told originally it could have been the intake valve which takes as little as a particle as small as a grain of sand to block.
Was an educational experience, told it had nothing to do with anything we may or may not have done. Probably better it happened in the caravan rather than at home where there was no where for the water to drain (and we are soon to be replacing all floorboards throughout the house so wouldn't want new floorboards flooded).
But in future we will be checking the closes support available and ensuring all inlet hoses are covered when transferring from inside the caravan to the filter box.

Stopped overnight at Kooreh Hall. Donations only requested to stop over and have flushing toilets. Luxury ๐Ÿ˜…. We haven't finished the caravan 12V wiring and a bit of a hassel to unstrapped the dialysis machine to set up the caravan bed so slept in the campervan.

On the road to Bright, Vic

18/03/2023

Off for a mini holiday in a week's time for four nights.

Really should think about a short trip to Victoria to visit family and friends too.
And getting closer to major home renovations. We need all our floorboards replaced (half of.the house) meaning we will need to move out of the house for a few weeks and into the caravan. Not looking forward to moving all the furniture out๐Ÿ˜ž
But we are lucky to have the caravan to keep life as normal as possible.

Shark diving. Well, not really diving but climbing a ladder down into a cage suspended in the water. The idea is to climb down the ladder, follow the side round to the front of the cage to view the spectacular sharks.
What is not known is the cage is tossed round with the waves making it difficult to keep upright.
Again Darren mastered it in no time. I hung to the ladder most of the time again having difficulty breathing through the respirator so popping up the ladder to get a full few breaths before using the respirator again and trying again to get to the bottom.
