2026 is the year I’m going to be the fittest I’ve ever been. 🏃🏽♀️➡️
This is what the next 4 months will look like training wise (roughly, because some days might switch around) but this is the plan!! 6 sessions a week 😊
In addition to my rest day, I will always have some kind of recovery activity incorporated to every single day.
There is no excuse for me not to do what I’ve said I’m going to go. As each week passes my long run will get longer 😅 and the week of my half marathon will be tapered right back to converse as much energy as I can.
It’s so exciting but terrifying at the same time!!!
