2026 is the year I’m going to be the fittest I’ve ever been. 🏃🏽‍♀️‍➡️

This is what the next 4 months will look like training wise (roughly, because some days might switch around) but this is the plan!! 6 sessions a week 😊

In addition to my rest day, I will always have some kind of recovery activity incorporated to every single day.

There is no excuse for me not to do what I’ve said I’m going to go. As each week passes my long run will get longer 😅 and the week of my half marathon will be tapered right back to converse as much energy as I can.

It’s so exciting but terrifying at the same time!!!

Asking for help is not a sign of weakness.
It’s your super power to accelerating the time it takes for you to achieve your health goals.

As a society we are inundated with information about what is deemed the best way of doing something.
But a lot of the time, it’s not specific to the individual - so it’s no wonder that you try something, it doesn’t work so you feel frustrated & give up.

I operate differently - I find out all about you, your lifestyle, your family dynamic, your goals, how much time to have to commit to planning, cooking etc.
Then I create a roadmap on what it looks like to take you from where you are, to where you want to be.

I do this is a simplistic way (because if it seems difficult then you won’t follow it) but with flexibility for when life happens. 😊

My personal thoughts 😅

I cannot stand when I hear these words in conversation.

🍏 Detox or Cleanse: Your liver and kidneys literally already perform this function. You don’t need to drink juices or fast for days.

🍏 Guilt-Free: This implies that eating other foods should cause guilt, which is an unhealthy approach to eating.

🍏 Superfood: This is a marketing term rather than a scientific one, implying one food is a miracle cure, when overall diet diversity is what really matters.

🍏 Clean/Dirty Eating: These terms demonise certain foods and imply that nutritious foods are “pure,” often causing negative tendencies.

🍏 Healthy/Unhealthy: These words are often vague and used to oversimplify the total nutritional value of a food, missing the context of a person’s overall diet. We need to change our language - particularly when talking to kids about food 🙏🏼

Let’s change the story from now..
