In our digital age, screens are everywhere, but too much screen time can impact our kids’ health, development, and well-being. Here’s why it’s important to create a balance,

🔵 Mental Health: Excessive screen time can lead to anxiety, depression, and trouble focusing.

🔵 Sleep: Blue light from screens interferes with melatonin, making it harder for kids to sleep.

🔵 Physical Health: Long hours in front of screens can cause poor posture, eyestrain, and lack of exercise.

🔵 Behavior: Too much screen time can cause irritability, mood swings, and attention issues.

Tips for Healthy Screen Time:
�✅ Limit screen time: 1 hour/day for kids 2-5, 2 hours/day for 6+.
