As the season turns 🍁 I’m drawing on the daily habits that strengthen and nourish by body, mind and soul ✨

Current favourite is Zizyphus tea (with Goji and red dates to build reserves).
Which is not only delicious and beautiful but soooooo relaxing 😌 it will help you get a good nights sleep by calming the Shen (Spirit).

In TCM and in most traditional medicine knowledge there is no separation of the physical health, mental health or the spirits health. Everything is connected. Everything is considered. When asking about a persons health it is so important to ask how they actually feel within themselves beside the ailment.

What is it that really matters in their mind and truth of their heart. What do they dream about? It often reveals a journey that is not only physical but emotional in nature. This has a profound effect on the overall health status 💛

All the things that can go wrong withh IVF 😅

A Georgia woman is suing a fertility clinic after an in vitro fertilization (IVF) mix-up allegedly led to staff implanting the wrong embryo and to her giving birth to another couple's biological child.

Krystena Murray, 38, said she selected a s***m donor who looked like her "with dirty blonde hair and blue eyes." She became pregnant and delivered a baby in December 2023, according to the lawsuit.

However, Murray, who is white and who, according to the complaint, had a white s***m donor, was shocked when she gave birth and the baby boy she delivered was African American, the suit states. https://abc7.la/4gJdn25

I think the fertility industry gives this illusion that using their IVF process is somehow more effective than spontaneous conception. In some cases where s***m is an issue or both partners have concerns, it may be.

With patience and better lifestyle habits (because infertility is most often caused by poor lifestyle eg long term nutrition, alcohol damage, stress etc)
you can conceive “naturally” even after 40.

Robert Winston, who heads the Genesis Research Trust in London, suggested fertility clinics that say women are unable to conceive in their mid-40s are doing so for financial gain.

Lotions n Potions, balms, salves and oil infusions are some of my most favourite things!

Both for personal and professional use, they are incredibly useful when you have children… (I tire of always taking out bandaids, balms are more effective and just as interesting for young children to apply).

I just got these organic hand-crafted herbal infused balms for clinic.

Comfrey: for sprains, injuries and the healing of bruises and even broken bones!

Chickweed: For sensitive itchy skin, encourages tissue repair.
