Take a deep breath: it’s Stress Down Day! We’ve got some ideas for how you can look after your stress levels today (and every day):
🧘 Set aside 15 minutes to practice mindfulness
🌳 Go for a walk through a park or natural environment
📱 Give yourself an hour away from screens
🤙 Call a friend for a chat
Remember, Stress Down Day isn’t only about giving yourself permission to de-stress for one day – it’s about reminding us that self-care is important for long-term wellbeing.
