Meet the team: Stefan! 👋🏻

Can’t believe it’s been nearly two months since Stefan started consulting at Royal Park clinic with us! And boy, thank you we are absolutely loving all the wonderful feedback about him 🧡

Stefan has a strong passion for musculoskeletal (MSK) injuries and return to sport / work, himself being a netball player.

If you have any MSK issues, call by the clinic on Fridays and Stefan can have a suss. He loves working with targeted, progressive resistance functional exercises, dry needling, strapping and manual therapy to facilitate with the acute stages of pain towards self management and return to sport or work!

A huge thank you to Anna & Jason at for making it such a relaxed and enjoyable experience. For those of us who don’t exactly thrive in front of the camera (hi! 🙋🏻‍♀️), their friendly approach, calming presence, and clever tips made all the difference. We felt seen, supported, and even had a few laughs along the way!

This photoshoot became more than just headshots - it was a chance to pause and reflect on why we do what we do at Happy Steps.

After a month of fasting, reflection, and giving, today we celebrate Hari Raya Aidilfitri: a time of gratitude, togetherness, and new beginnings.
