Exciting news! Our Small Group Women's Health Mentoring program has dates set for 2025! Starting on February 13th, we’ll meet twice a month on Thursdays from 12:30 to 1:30 PM ACST for a comprehensive 6-month journey together.

It’s time for our next intake of mums and bubs! If you are scrolling with a tiny human in your arms, consider this a sign from the universe to join us for our next Motherhood Connect group kicking off June 11th. This next intake is for babies born February 28th to April 30th 👶

It’s true what they say, it really does take a village. But the newborn bubble can be isolating and it’s tricky to find others in the same season when you’re navigating naps and round the clock feeds! 🍼👶🏼

That’s why we created this space: an 8 week guided community designed to come together, connect with like-minded women and industry experts, share stories, resources, and develop true, life-long friendships that will hold you through motherhood and beyond.
