Introducing SKYLA DELANEY 🍃

Our newest team member is a Relaxation massage therapist who is currently studying a Diploma in Remedial massage.

She is a mum of 3 busy kids and has been visiting The Sanctuary at Hove for treatment since its inception in 2007.

Here are a few words from Skyla:-

“My Sanctuary experience and the many benefits I have gained from massage over the years has inspired me to follow this new rewarding path.

I have always wanted to help people relax in stressful situations, feel safe and find a state of peace. I have done this with my friendships and conversations but now I get to do it with my heart and hands.

My diploma is not far away! So for now I can soothe any stressed mind and body, using the pressure you prefer, with a relaxation massage in the beautiful setting of The Sanctuary at Hove.”

Skyla will be joining us on a Thursday and Friday starting on the 19th March and as an introductory offer we would like to offer $10 off your first 1 hour massage. (Ends 19th April)

Big congratulations to our RMT and Pregnancy specialist .massage who will be furthering her passions and embarking on her Midwifery degree this year.

Having children of her own and becoming a qualified doula has sparked her interest in helping mummas-to-be and new mumma’s throughout their journey.

She will continue her massage services at The Sanctuary whilst studying but some months may look a little different as she navigates some of the more intensive courses.

Welcome Adrian O’Dea 🍃
We are so happy to introduce the newest member of our Sanctuary team.

With a wealth of knowledge and experience that spans over 17years, Adrian will be offering Remedial, Sports and Relaxation massage.

His Remedial treatments include Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping, Myofascial Release and Bowen Therapy. He also has qualifications in Aged care and holds a Working with Children check.

Here are some words from Adrian-
“I’m a local lad, raised in Brighton and a proud father of three.
I have a genuine passion for helping people- whether it’s relieving pain, restoring well-being, increasing flexibility or promoting relaxation.
No two sessions are the same and this personalised approach is one of the things I love about the health and wellness industry”. 💫

Adrian will be working at the Sanctuary on a Monday and Tuesday evening and alternate Saturdays.

HEALTH FUND REBATES- Adrian’s provider numbers are on their way. If you’re wanting to claim and you are happy for us to hold on to your receipt, you can have treatment straight away and we can email the receipt to you when his numbers arrive- hopefully within the next month. **This excludes Medibank private clients.

We are so excited to welcome Kylie Teakle back to our Sanctuary team after her maternity leave✨

She will be starting with a Tuesday shift and looks forward to building her sessions in the near future.
