Resently held 2 workshops:🌺 First one was when we went through the Essential Oils in the Essential Oil First Aid Kit. To learn about and start to know the oils individually.🌹 The second workshop was when we mixed those Essential Oils into creams, oils and Epsom salt using different recipes for example pain, relaxation, study, feet and romance. We had a room filled with laughter, choises and a mix of wonderful aromas.💐♥️ Next workshop will be the 16 of September. Subject: The Bian Stone! Hope to see you ther🙏🙂

A Saturday afternoon workshop👣. Some participants had fun learning a few more reflex point and it was interesting to see how people started to make the reflexology session their 'own' with some personal 'styles' and touches.
Will soon take booking for Reflexology 3 session. Some more points will be added to our list ❤ 🙂

We will talk about Aromatherapy, what it is, how it works and some stories of essential oil and its uses from the time of Cleopatra to modern times.
The focus will be on the oils in the Essential Oil 1st Aid Kit.
How to use them and what benifits they may have on our Health and Well-Being.
Opportunity to purchase, or order, your own 'Essential Oil 1st Aid Kit' will be available on the day.

Wishing you all a Happy Easter (whatever Easter means for you).🐣 Whith the grey 🌦 and a bit colder weather here in Adelaide today, I have spent the day mostly inside, eating Ester eggs, resting and smelling the beautiful aroma of Eucalyptus coming from my diffuser ... 🌱 not only does it smell beautiful, it also help me to to feel I am doing something for my own health and wellbeing 😊 Getting closer to my first Essential Oil Workshop 🌹

Spend the weekend at a Shaman Workshop up at Ironbank (Adelaide Hills), run by Matthew Greenwood. One of the highlights for me, was the meditation and grounding exercise under a oaktree in the forest🌳...as well as meeting some awsome people also attending the workshop🙂 I feel some growing connections happening 🌱🙏

Had a wonderful and interesting weekend holding a Reflexology Workshop.👣
Thanks Kerry Denice for all your help and support to make it happen.
A lot of laughs and even a few 'swear words' could be heard at the beautiful set out and prepared room (reflexology can sometimes hurt a bit).
I am sure I now know a few ladies who never will see a foot just as a foot again, but a tool to see and feel so much more about themself and any foot/feet they can get their hands on😊
