Something happened to me within the space of a single week that I have not been able to stop thinking about.

My six-year-old son looked up at me and said, "Mum, I'm fat."

A guest I adore sat across from me, and we talked honestly about what it means to have a healthy relationship with your own body.

And I spent time with a young woman who could not find a single kind thing to say about herself, despite being, to my eyes, absolutely stunning.

Three separate moments. The same underlying wound.

And I realised this is what we need to talk about.

Not in a performative way. Not with a hashtag. But honestly, because most of us are walking around with a voice in our heads that says things we would never say to another human being. Cruel things. Relentless things. Things we accept as truth without stopping to question whether they are true at all.

I am not immune to it. I have my own version of that voice. I suspect most of us do.

Here is what I know after years of working in this industry: the women who feel best in their skin are not the ones who have changed themselves the most. They are the ones who have made peace with themselves the most and chosen care from that place rather than from fear or comparison.

At Dripclub, we are pro-ageing. Not because we think you should do nothing. But because we believe every treatment, every protocol, every investment in your health should come from a place of respect for the body that has carried you this far.
