Consent is not a checkbox, it’s a conversation.

In our work with the NDIS community, we know how vital it is to treat every person as an individual.
Just because someone says “it’s okay” doesn’t mean it’s okay for everyone.
Just because it worked for one person doesn’t mean it applies to all.

Consent is personal.
It’s not a blanket permission. It’s not transferable. It’s not assumed.
Before you act, you need to ask.
Before you assume, you need to listen.
Before you proceed, you need to respect.

Consent is about: Mutual understanding, not just agreement
Honouring boundaries, not bending them
Seeing people as individuals, not exceptions
Let’s normalise asking.
Let’s normalise respecting.
Let’s make empathy louder than assumption.

Chloe has just hit a major milestone, marking 12 months at work and get this… she hasn’t taken a single day off. Not even a sick day!

Over the past year, Chloe has grown in confidence, become a valued part of the team, and is now fully immersed in the workplace culture, even joining in on the footy and soccer tips! ⚽🏉 Her journey is a true example of inclusion, dedication, and personal growth.
