Are you passionate about accounting and eager to join a team that values excellence and dedication? CareBud is seeking an Accounts Team Member for an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
-Act as the primary contact for accounting queries, demonstrating confidence and strong communication skills when dealing with clients, staff, and contractors.
-Initiate and manage invoices for clients and service providers.
-Compile and distribute salary slips for all staff.
-Upload information to the ATO via the Single Touch Payroll system.
-Handle account queries from service providers and clients
-Ensure effective use of accounting software for salaries and invoicing.
-Assist the Directors with administrative accounting tasks as needed.
-Maintain high accuracy in all accounts and administrative functions, complying with company, Australian Taxation Office, and other relevant guidelines.
-Provide general support to staff and Directors for everyday queries.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in accounts management.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
