Rather than focusing on treating illness, Yang Sheng is all about supporting your everyday wellbeing—through things like:

• Mindful movement (like qigong or tai chi)
• Eating with the seasons
• Emotional balance
• Breathing & daily rituals
In the Chinese medicine view, small consistent habits shape long-term health.

Beyond health acupuncture is making a move to open a new clinic. As of Monday 4th September I will be based at 2 Piccadilly Cres, Campbelltown and will be open Mon, Wed, and Fri. All the same contact details, just a shiny new room. Looking forward to helping with some healing in the new room.
