When you arrive, make sure to enter your licence/number plate at the meter to activate your free parking.

A big thanks to our resident performance dietitian Liv Warnes for wrapping up the Junior State Triathletes pre-season pathways program!

Liv shared the importance of diet and healthy choices pre-race, during the race and post recovery.

Owain Manship, S&C Coach, was very pleased with the enthusiasm and maturity shown by the young athletes during the 4-series pathway program and we wish them well for the forthcoming season.

From Tom Lewis’ individual success in the Magarey Medal to the ultimate team success with a premiership, the sportsmed team was privileged to be part of the journey.

We are delighted to welcome our new Orthopaedic Surgeons, Dr David Kitchen and Dr James Beazley to the sportsmed team.

David is an Adelaide AOA trained surgeon who has a special interest in hip and knees including joint preservation surgery. Having recently completed his PHD, David is a Senior Clinical Lecturer at Adelaide University.

James is a United Kingdom trained surgeon who has a special interest in shoulder, elbow and hand surgery. James holds dual fellowships with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons.

A GP referral is required to make an appointment with Dr Kitchen and Dr Beazley.

Eddie shared powerful insights into the importance of mindset and knowing your why — a key to pushing through the physical and mental demands of high-performance sport.

He certainly knows his own why — he’s planning to run 100km a day for 38 days across Australia! 💪🇦🇺
