I think you're all overdue for a winter soup...this one is roasted pumpkin & fennel (with cajun roasted chickpeas) and it's so warming and rich with flavour. The link is in the comments.
A little backstory about why I started my blog for those of you who don't know. A couple of years ago I wrote, styled & photographed my own cook book, which I put my heart and soul into. I put it out to a number of publishers and I was thrilled to be offered a publishing deal that uh, fell through (buh-bow). I also had interest from a couple of other publishers, but they said that it was a risk for them, because no one knows who I am and they kindly suggested a food blog. So here I am plugging away and I really do appreciate all of your support! When I do finally get it published, I'll have you guys to thank x
