How? Pair your class with a little post-workout treat you love. Maybe it’s grabbing a coffee at your favourite café (post-class latte, anyone?), a nice warm shower to thaw out, or a quiet moment to yourself before the day really begins.

Our Story

Established in 2002, Physio Pilates Proactive is located in Stirling in the beautiful Adelaide Hills. We offer Physio and Pilates 7 days per week. Our physiotherapists have over 200 years combined experience. All of our Pilates classes are taught by physiotherapists which means you will be safe and any injuries you may have can be managed by properly qualified instructors. We offer Mat, Strength and Conditioning, Strength and Balance, and Group Equipment classes. Our practice has a strong sense of community which our clients tell us is quite unique.
