✨ Self-Clearing & Grounding Practice ✨
Working with others can be deeply rewarding, but sometimes we need to release energy that isn’t ours. Here’s a gentle practice you can use anytime:
🌿 1. Breathe
Inhale light, exhale what isn’t yours. Repeat 3 times.
🌿 2. Sweep Away
With your hand, imagine brushing down your body — clearing away cords, emotions, or energy that don’t belong to you.
🌿 3. Call Back Your Energy
Say: “I call all of my energy back to me, cleansed and whole. I release all that is not mine with love.”
🌿 4. Ground Into the Earth
Visualise roots growing from your feet deep into the earth, anchoring you in strength and steadiness.
🌿 5. Seal with Light
See a golden or violet sphere of light surrounding you.
Affirm: “I am clear, grounded, and protected. Only energy of love remains.”
🌿 6. Close with Gratitude
Hands on your heart. One deep breath. Thank yourself for your strength and compassion.
