We wanted to share a little personal moment from our family. Our daughter, Lilla, who trains in aerobics at AEROkids, has been selected as a finalist for SA’s Best Little Gymnast 2026 🎉 We’re incredibly proud of her efforts and dedication.

Today is Rare Disease Day 💜

On this day, we stand with the 300+ million people worldwide living with a rare disease. Though each condition may affect only a small number of individuals, together they form a powerful, resilient, and often unheard community.

Rare Disease Day was first launched by EURORDIS in 2008 to raise awareness about rare diseases and the challenges patients and families face every day — from delayed diagnoses to limited treatment options.

Let’s use today to:
✨ Raise awareness
✨ Promote equity in healthcare
✨ Support research and innovation
✨ Amplify patient voices

Because “rare” should never mean invisible.
