In 2008 I made a decision to only do what makes my heart sing.
That was the criteria for the choice of Uni subjects, the decision to leave corporate life and have a career change at an age where it was supposed to be impossible (found that out later).

It enabled me to build from a one person part time practice supplemented by working part time for a not for profit to our business today.

Blessed to be working in a field I love, with the people I love to assist people to do what they love.

The decision to leave social media wasn't an easy one to make but consistent with our values.

So THANK YOU for the support, the sharing, the feedback, the laughter and the tears.

Do what you love, just do you and you connect with the magic of you.

We are leaving social media but we will always be here for you. Drop us an email give us a call as we will be continue to do what makes our now three hearts sing .

Important Announcement



Dear friends and followers



After careful consideration and reflection, the team and I have come to a decision which all though hard to make we believe it to be the right one. We will no longer post on social media platforms. We feel that as counsellors, psychotherapists, hypnotherapists it is no longer appropriate. It’s with a mix of emotions that we share this news with you today as we have cherished the connections we’ve built over the years.



Social Media has undoubtedly revolutionised how we communicate and share information. It has allowed us to reach a wide audience, share valuable insights and engage in meaningful discussions with all of you. However, as time has passed, we have become increasingly concerning regarding the adverse impacts it can have on mental health, relationships and personal security.



We value you immensely and feel that to the best of our ability our activity should enhance those areas of your lives so that has lead to this decision to close down our Instagram and Facebook Accounts.



If you wish to continue engaging with our team we will be offering a FREE quarterly newsletter in March, June, September and December which will contain useful information, tips, hints etc relevant to maintaining great health. If you would like to receive that newsletter please email counsellor@outlook.com.au with the word ‘subscribe’ in the subject field.



We will close down the account on July 7th so as to give you time to ask questions etc



Thank you again, your support has meant the world to us. The world has changed a great deal since Shelley started the business in 2008 and ventured onto the social media platform.

HAPPY 40th Birthday 🎉🎂🎉🎂🎉😁😊🎇🎈💐

On this day 40 years ago my world changed forever - thank you Lisa!
Lisa is the youngest and incredibly valuable member of the practice who happens to be my daughter.

Little did I know that the cute, bubbly, curious, fearless, adventurous pocket rocket Gemini would not only survive the mischief she always got herself into but grow into the most awesome human being and counsellor.

With a heart so full of love, a strength that never fails to impress and the resolute refusal to let the challenges that are a constant part of every day life due to chronic illness Lisa has that special something.

Genuine, kind, empathetic all round good human.
