Things are ‘looking up’ for the New Year…

We are pleased to announce that we have secured construction of the $52m development, The Aldephi Apartments at Glenelg North, alongside esteemed architect, Aplin Cook Gardner - who conceived a brilliant design capitalising on magnificent panoramic views that span across Adelaide’s coast, city and hills.

"The Adelphi" will comprise 49 luxury apartments, including 4 penthouses to the top floor, overlooking Patawalonga Boat Haven. This project is the latest luxury development from South Australia’s most-awarded custom home builder, Scott Salisbury Homes.

Scott Salisbury Homes was recently named a winner at the 2020 Master Builders Australia ‘National Excellence in Building and Construction’ Awards, making it the seventh time the company has been nationally recognised – a record achievement by a South Australian builder.
