ESD isn’t just random movements that look to elevate your heart rate. ESD is specifically designed to improve your work capacity and build your Aerobic Power, meaning you will be able to work harder for longer.
ESD is specially designed and calculated through Max Aerobic Speed (MAS), allowing us to work to specific numbers and measure load, volume and improvement. These session are completed on either the Ski, Row, Bike Erg, an Air Bike or completed on foot by running.
