A long term athletic development client of ours, a staple in Adelaide United's Westfield W-League team and the 200th player capped by the Matildas, I am absolutely delighted today to announce Emily Condon as Mitise Health and Fitness' newest personal trainer!

Having gained her qualifications while on international duties over the past two years, Emily comes on board with a wealth of knowledge from her years spent training and playing at the highest levels of Australian soccer, and multiple hundreds of hours in the gym under my watchful eye...

In the studio Tuesday and Thursday evenings and available for bookings by appointment, Emily can be reached at emily@mitisehealth.com.au and for a short time only will be offering two complimentary 30 minute personal training sessions for those interested in starting up a program.

Welcome again Emily, it's great to finally have you on board.

Besides the three months travelling around Australia with the fam last year, this old dog hasn't missed a BootCamp program since 2012 and doesn't look missing one until the late 2100's.

Think HIIT training meets strength training, these sessions will run 0600-0650 Monday, Wednesday & Fridays for four weeks (12 sessions total) at our studio in Mile End.

Designed for fat loss and strength gains, initial program is just $120.00pp and spots are limited to 15 people maximum.
