Saturday Early Morning YOGA & Autumn Equinox Class 🍁
When the southern half of Earth is tilted away from the sun, catching its light at an angle, Autumn arrives, & the days become shorter. It is only twice a year that the Earth is evenly struck by sunlight.
The other being the Spring Equinox: September 23rd.
The depth of what the Autumnal Equinox represents is the outer, celestial journey, which mirrors more of an inner, universal, & very spiritual journey. Autumn is a very Spiritual Season.
