Meet Mitch 👋

Mitch is one of the friendly and dedicated physios here at The Physio Studio, and a proud UniSA graduate, completing his Bachelor of Physiotherapy with Honours.

From everyday aches like neck and back pain to the challenge of getting athletes back to their best post-injury, Mitch thrives on helping his clients move well and recover strong. With a long history in footy and cricket, he knows first-hand what it’s like to spend time on both sides of the treatment table – and uses that insight to guide his rehab plans.

Mitch is also a qualified Dry Needling practitioner and combines hands-on treatment with tailored exercise programs to get results that last.

When he's not in the studio, you'll probably find him hitting the pavement in his newest pair of runners. 👟
