Tweak Physio is excited announce our new 5 Week Fit for Pickleball Program 💪🏓
Designed & developed specifically for Pickleball players, it’s not generic. Our program is focused on preventing injuries & boosting confidence on court.
Over 5 sessions participants will focus on the following to elevate your game:
• Mobility & Core Exercises
• Leg & Hip Strengthening Exercises
• Rotator Cuff Strengthening to Bulletproof your Shoulders
• Warm-up & Recovery Exercises
• Power & Functional Pickleball Specific Training
The program is suitable for players of all levels and ages, and is tailored to each individual, taking into account current or past injuries whilst prioritising individual goals and aspirations.
The program is led by our Physiotherapist Thomas, a keen Pickleball player having competed both locally and interstate, and recently qualified for Minor League Pickleball International Championships to be held in Dallas, Texas later this year.
We offer the program for small groups of up to 4 people and also for individuals.
The program is just $50 per session (there is 5 sessions over 5 weeks) and is claimable under eligible Private Health Extras Rebates.
