Accommodation on Anzac Offering quality, affordable accommodation in a location to suit everybody's needs. This is private accommodation ran only by us.

Owned by Malcolm and Casey Schupelius, we purchased the unit in 2015 with the purpose of self use while Casey is travelling to Adelaide for full time work. Noticing the need for affordable accommodation particularly for families and those travelling to Adelaide for medical treatment, we decided to offer the unit to others when not in use. We offer the unit at a cheaper rate of $100 per night with the sole expectation that you leave it the way you found it. The unit is located within walking distance to the Karrulta Park shopping Centre including Coles, Kmart, Cibo, Wendy, Wok in a Box and Bakery's delight among other stores. Puplic transport is easily accessible. There is a bus stop directly out the front taking you in the city direction (Ashford Hospital, Wakefield Hospital, Royal Adelaide) or across the road for Glenelg/Marion (Flinders Hospital, Flinders Private). In under 10 minutes you can catch to tram to either direction also. We prefer you to bring your own bed linen and towels however offer these for a $5 fee per person. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, electric BBQ and Nespresso Coffee machine. We provide Tea, Coffee and sugar. If you prefer to use the Nespresso machine, Pods can be purchased from Coles at Karrulta Park Shopping Centre or any On The Run. Brands include, Podista, Vittoria and Grinders. We are allocated 1 parking space for the unit, there are visitor car parks however they are not guaranteed to be available. Payment in full is required to secure your booking. A refund can be offered if cancelled more than 10 days prior to the booking date. This is purely because we often are declining others the accommodation only for the booked party to cancel without sufficient notice. So please confirm dates before locking them in.
