**MAY/ JUNE RECAP 💥 **
What a month it’s been at our buzzing little clinic on Churchill Road! Here’s a peek at what we’ve been up to behind the scenes (and out and about):
🍷 **Quiz Night ** was a hit! Our team brought the banter, brainpower, and vino—and of course, our fearless **Captain Mary** kept us on track (just). We might not have won, but we definitely laughed the loudest.
🎉 We celebrated a big one—**41 years!** Four decades of helping our community move better, feel better, and live well. We’re so grateful to be part of your journey.
💪 Our **Core Strength exercise classes with Physio Minh** have been powering on, with clients getting stronger, stabler, and secretly loving the burn.
👟 Our team also got nerdy with a fab **professional development session** thanks to our mates .run.shop —learning how the *right* shoes can make a world of difference to your feet (and your knees, hips, and everything in between!).
🥳 A special bday celebration for our physio Carmelo! ‘Forever 21’!
💆‍♀️ A special shout-out to our massage extraordinaire Elizabeth, who’s been keeping bodies moving and tension melting. If you know, you know—her magic hands are unmatched!
🦴 And yes—**Mr Bones**, our iconic Port Adelaide skeleton mascot, is still front and centre in the waiting room. He’s keeping spirits high, even if the Power boys… aren’t quite. But for those Crows fans, don’t let Mr Bones phase you, he’s been known to add other colours and we still love and accept you!

April wrapped up with a bang at PPHPC! We celebrated birthdays, enjoyed team catch-ups and tutorials, kept the good vibes flowing in our physio exercise classes, and even squeezed in some filming. The toughest part? Farewelling our much-loved physio Daph—we’ll miss you so much!

Welcome to our newest physio Minh! Minh has had experience in private practice, sporting clubs, and the exercise industry. His approach integrates hands-on therapy, patient education and personalised rehabilitation programs to promote recovery, enhance mobility and improve quality of life. Minh will be available during the week as well as Saturdays and will also be leading some of our core stability and falls prevention classes 💪🏽
But don’t let those amazing dimples fool you… Minh is also a high level athlete who loves power lifting, and also has a black belt in tae kwon do 🥋
