Next week, our Training Cycle resets for the start of our 6 week challenge.

What is the Training Cycle?
It’s the formula behind our programming, offering our members periodisation in their training to ensure they receive ongoing progression and optimal results.

Each Training Cycle is 7 weeks long, consisting of Base Phase (2 weeks), Strength Phase (2 weeks), Power Phase (2 weeks) and Peak Phase (1 week).

You can start at any point throughout this training cycle because our workouts are adaptable to suit any fitness level, and cater to where you’re at.

⚡The STRENGTH PHASE of your training continues: lift heavy on every round, challenge yourself and focus on technique and tempo.

⚡The nutrition focus is ENERGY REPLENISH: are you adequately refuelling after workouts? Make sure you’re adjusting daily nutritional intake as needed to promote muscle repair and growth, and boost adaptation to your training

⚡ Your mindset objective is to RECOVER: Sleep is a crucial aspect of your transformation. When we sleep our body releases hormones and growth factors that are essential for muscle repair and adaptation. Try and keep a consistent bed time and wake time each day and night.

⚡It’s the final week of the GLOBAL MYZONE CHALLENGE - and your last chance to earn those MEPS for a chance to take home a prize for your gym!

⚡The nutrition focus is STRONG + LEAN: ensure you consume sufficient protein each day to maximise lean muscle gain and sustain the intensity of your workouts

And this year, we’re going head-to-head with our UBX’ers across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, USA, UK, Ireland and Japan.

What you need to know //

When:
26th July - 11th August

How to Join:
Keep an eye out for an email and notification from Myzone on 24 July to register for the challenge

Your Objective:
Earn Myzone Effort Points (MEPs) for our gym by staying active and hitting those Green, Yellow, and Red heart rate zones.

Prizes:
Top gyms win cash prizes of up to $2,000 USD and bragging rights.
Plus, there’s a $1,000 USD prize for the best team spirit!

These cash prizes will go towards something for the entire UBX UNLEY community.

Join us and be part of something big. Let’s show the UBX’ers all around the world what Team UNLEY can do!
