⏰ The free service is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with no referral required.

The free service can support you when you are struggling with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, and the challenges that might come with relationships, trauma, or grief.

The Government Fluvax is now available.
Persons eligible for the free fluvax include:
-Children 6months to 5yrs old
- Over 65yo
- Pregnant women
-Aboriginal persons 6months and older
- Those with medical at risk factors (please see link below for details) examples include emphysema, chronic respiratory conditions, diabetes, heart disease to name a few.

We have been advised that you do not need to wait any length of time between the fluvax and any covid booster.

Private fluvax is also available $20
