1. Take breaks to minimise the stress of repetitive movements.
2. Opt for ergonomic office supplies whenever possible.
3. Take breaks for exercise and stretching.
4. Relax shoulders to relieve muscle tension.
5. Try to keep wrists in a neutral position to alleviate pressure.

Here at Full Circle Hand Therapy (FCHT), we are Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists with over 40 years of combined experience in specialised assessment and treatment of hand, wrist, elbow and arm conditions. Our qualified therapists have undertaken further training and education in hand therapy, and we aim to continue to bring you the most recent, evidence-based treatment to resolve your pain and dysfunction.
