Laura joins Saunders Physiotherapy as our new physiotherapist!

Laura is a warm, motivated and sports-focused physiotherapist with both clinical and sporting experience, from working with the Goodwood Saints Football Club to playing a range of sports herself!
With a special interest in musculoskeletal, sports injuries and return-to-performance programming, Laura’s timely and effective approach to treatment is a great addition to the team! Whether you’re an elite athlete or someone wanting to move more confidently in daily life, she is committed to helping you achieve your goals.

Our physio Jonty recently worked as the team physiotherapist for the South Australian U18 Girls Football team at the National Championships! ✨

In the lead-up to competition, Jonty supported the squad through a busy training block and travelled with the team to Melbourne and Perth for games against Vic Metro and WA. 🛫🏋️‍♀️

His role involved managing injuries, monitoring training loads, conducting fitness tests for selection, and delivering treatment and recovery strategies to keep players prepared and performing at their best. 🌟

Recently, our physio Jonty took one of his patients through a KangaTech lower limb screen to assess for muscular imbalances and identify key areas for improvement across their strength profile. From there, he built an individualised strength program tailored specifically to the athletes needs.
