This weeks is International Coaching Week!
Coaching has always been more than a profession to me - it’s a powerful catalyst for change.
What I love most about health and wellness coaching is witnessing that moment when someone realises they don’t have to keep pushing through, burning out, or doing it all alone. It’s the moment they reclaim their agency, reconnect with what matters, and start making space for themselves again.
When you combine that with the power of Positive Intelligence (PQ) coaching, the shift becomes even more profound.
PQ helps people build mental fitness by transforming the way they respond to pressure, rewire self-sabotaging patterns, and lead from a place of calm, confidence, and clarity.
It’s not just mindset work, it’s muscle-building for the brain.
