Insight promotes global health awareness at the University of Adelaide. Our aim is to educate, inspire, and empower.

Insight Global Health Group is the University of Adelaide’s Global Health Group founded in 2004. Insight aims to connect members to Global Health issues, and empower them through education, inspiration and hands on opportunities. Insight is a registered charity organization, and supports multiple sustainable health projects in Australia and across the globe including Maranatha Health Uganda, Cambo

Thank you to all the amazing dentistry students who came along to our annual Amazing Raise this year to raise funds for the World Cambodia Foundation🦷💗!

The race involved participants scouring Adelaide following several clues to find various checkpoints around the Adelaide city and completing fun challenges at each station🥰

Come join us on Saturday, 18th of May, at AHMS G033 Joe Verco Lecture Theatre, to pack clean birthing kits that will go out to help pregnant women living in the rural communities and low-resource settings around the world.

You can stay for the whole event or just drop in to have a chat 😊

❗Insight's Indigenous Cultural Communications Workshop is HAPPENING THIS THUSDAY❗

The workshop is open to all students, and more details on speakers are available on the event page! All attendees will receive a certificate of participation for their CV and go into the draw for the PRIZES 🎁🥳

✈️MOST IMPORTANTLY, the Indigenous Cultural Communications Workshop is a PREREQUISITE to apply for Insight's Indigenous Outreach Trips✈️

Our outreach trips allow clinical year students to travel with clinicians to indigenous communities and get first-hand experience in paediatric cardiology and respiratory medicine, with only 1-2 students per clinician. Insight will be subsidising the cost and applications will open following the workshop.

Hey Everybody!

Do I hear a BBQ (FREE FOOD) and possible FREE TICKETS to a quiz night? Yup! Insight Global is having a stall tomorrow at 12:30 at the ground floor of Adelaide Health and Medical Science building. With a BBQ run by AMSS, come see the stall and learn about the amazing opportunities we have to offer with special prizes (including FREE tickets to our QUIZ NIGHT on 15th March) when you spin-the-wheel! The quiz night will offer an opportunity to meet individuals from other health fields, answer trivia questions, and have free food and drinks!
